Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink; for that, specific freight forwarders must be chosen to transport the ink. During this period, the shipping schedule may be delayed, and relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

The print heads for air orders are shipped with the machine, while print heads for sea orders are determined by the customer. Due to long shipping times and marine environments, print heads are easily damaged or lost at the buyer's cost; separate DHL shipping is recommended. Customs clearance certificates for special regions should be managed in advance. Port release services are processed only on working days.

Damage during transportation is supported via insurance claim assistance. Machine year-round warranty service is provided (excluding ink systems and print heads). Within 5 days after payment, customers can enjoy an exchange of machines at the same price or upgrade by paying the difference.

One-on-one exclusive service ensures no long waiting lines for technical solutions. The "service to home" strategy aims for comprehensive post-sales support regardless of location. Consumables including printheads and ink systems are not covered. Please follow technician guidance strictly; damage due to operating errors and resulting shipping costs for accessories are the buyer's responsibility.
